Groupo Español

Terms of use

Version of 25 October 2026

Groupo is a service of Biz59 LLC, New York (USA). By creating an account, you accept these terms and our rules.

Who can sign up

People aged 18 and over. Signing up takes an email address and either a live photo approved by a person on our team or a member's invitation. One account per person, under your real name or a name the people close to you know.

What you post

Your messages, photos and videos stay yours. You only allow us to store them and deliver them to the people you send them to, or to the members of the group where you post them. You are responsible for what you send and must have the right to share it.

Groups and plans

Whoever creates a group owns it and can name admins. Admins can approve new members, remove a member and limit messages to admins. A plan is a proposal between members: Groupo doesn't organise, sell or guarantee plans, and everyone takes part at their own risk. Group names, icons and descriptions, and profile photos, get an automatic check because strangers can see them. What's said in chats isn't checked automatically.

Moderation

We review reports against our rules and the law. We may warn, limit, suspend or close an account, or remove public content; every decision has its reason and can be appealed once, to a different person. We report content that threatens someone's life or safety to the authorities.

The service

We do our best to keep Groupo running well, without promising it is always available. Keep a copy of what matters to you.

Closing an account

You can delete your account at any time under Yo (Me) in the app. We may close an account that breaks these terms, with the reason.

Contact

contacto@groupo.app. Important changes to these terms are announced in the app before they apply. Spanish consumer protection law always applies.
